Are the measurements based on garment or body measurements? I typically wear a size M in my favorite brand, what size should I order from Vardaya?

At Vardaya, we tailor our suit sets to exact body measurements. If you wear a size M in your favorite brand, your actual measurement is likely around 30 inches. We suggest ordering 1-2 inches larger than your usual size. If you've had tailor-made suit sets before, you can input your exact measurements.

I am ordering a cotton/polyester fabric, should I order a size smaller or stick to my exact measurements?

We advise against altering your measurements based on the fabric. Our size charts and fits already accommodate different fabrics.

Where do you source your fabrics from?

The majority of our fabrics are sourced from India's leading cities like Surat, Jaipur, and others.

Where do you source your packaging materials from?

Our packaging materials are sourced from various vendors in India. We prioritize sustainable packaging materials and do not use plastic.

Where is your manufacturing unit located?

Our stitched suit sets are proudly produced at our state-of-the-art in-house factory in Punjab. Our tailors are trained with the best technical know-how, ensuring each suit set is crafted with care and precision.

Will my stitched suit set shrink after a wash?

Our fabrics undergo rigorous testing to ensure minimal shrinkage. Over many washes, you may experience a 2%-3% shrinkage, which is within global acceptable tolerance. Follow our wash care label instructions to minimize any issues with shrinkage.

Why does the color shade of the suit set sometimes differ from the photos on the product page?

Discrepancies in color may arise due to various factors such as lighting conditions, monitor settings, and fabric characteristics. We strive to show an accurate visual representation of the color.

How are my garment measurements stored? Can you ensure consistency for repeat orders or update measurements?

When you place an order on www.vardaya.com, your measurements are securely stored in our digital database. Your previous measurements will be used for repeat orders unless you provide new ones. Your initial measurements are visible in your profile.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we operate exclusively online and do not have physical stores.

What if the amount is debited from my account but I didn't receive an order ID/confirmation?

We confirm an Order ID only once our bank receives payment. If you encounter issues, please email us at vardayacreations@gmail.com, and we'll assist you promptly.
