For products purchased from websites or marketplaces other than www.vardaya.com, alterations, exchanges, returns, or refunds must be requested directly from the respective platform.

Exchange/Return Policy for Custom made Products

Since our suit sets are custom-made, we only accept exchanges or returns for products with manufacturing defects or if the wrong product is received.

Requests for returns due to receiving the wrong product or manufacturing defects must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. 

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at vardayacreations@gmail.com or WhatsApp/call us at 8195056512, providing your order details, reason for return, and a picture of the wrong/damaged product.

Upon receiving your email, our customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours. Once the returned products are received, our quality team will inspect them, and refunds will be processed within 48 hours. Refunds will be credited to your credit/debit card account accordingly.

Refund Policy

As we custom-make suits for women, we do not offer refunds unless under the circumstances specified above.

Exchange/Refund Policy for Ready to Wear Products

We offer free exchanges only for our ready-to-wear products. However, alterations to the length of the product will render it ineligible for exchange. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an exchange for a product of equal value or provide a refund.

All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused and have all original tags intact.

Upon receiving your product, our team will  inspect it, and ship the alternate product or issue a refund in case of non availability once all conditions are met. Refunds typically take 4-5 working days to process.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for orders above INR 1,000 within India.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 8-12 days from the order placement date.

  • Duties and Taxes: All prices include GST.

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation number on-screen and via email. In case of any issues, you will be notified via email or telephone.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number/AWB will be sent to you via email. You can also track your order status on our website.
